Ann V. Ehrhart

Since joining the retail brokerage industry in 2007, Ann Ehrhart has crafted an unparalleled understanding of the Boston area’s urban markets and the many distinct neighborhoods it encompasses.

Working successfully as both a tenant and a landlord representative, Ann has executed a number of the area’s recent high profile retail lease transactions within Boston.

Ann maintains a special focus on Newbury and Boylston Streets in the fashion-oriented Back Bay. Ann plays an instrumental role in shaping its national and internationally renowned retail landscape. In the past year, Ann has completed leases with a lineup of tenants, that includes; All Saints, Converse, Jack Wills, Ted Baker, TD Bank, Max Brenner: Chocolate by the Bald Man, Jonathan Adler, Brooklyn Industries, American Apparel and Diane von Furstenberg.

Outside of the Back Bay, Ann has demonstrated an ability to reach out to thriving community-based tenants. This has resulted in a diverse list of retail and restaurant leases with tenants like Danvers Bank, The Friendly Toast, The Q Restaurant and Boston Running Company.

Prior to co-founding Boston Urban Partners, Ann spent 3 years at the Dartmouth Company as one its urban retail brokers. She is a cum laude graduate of Boston University with a degree in English and art history.
