Jonathan Dutch is a principal and one of the founding members of BosUrban. In just under a decade, Jonathan has been responsible for facilitating downtown real estate transactions in excess of $500,000,000. He is known for his incomparable experience in landlord representation including all aspects of retail and restaurant merchandising, tenant sourcing, leasing, creative negotiation skills, and market knowledge.
Previously, Jonathan worked with Samuels & Associates, where his responsibilities included merchandising, leasing and redevelopment of The Fenway, one of the America’s most historic and renowned neighborhoods. Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Jonathan was a founding “urban team” member of a prominent New England retail brokerage firm.
Jonathan is a graduate of Northeastern University’s College of Business Administration. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”), former planning committee member for ICSC’s New England Idea Exchange and former chairperson of the Boston chapter of ICSC’s Next Generation program. He currently resides in Cambridge with his wife and daughter.
